Blender Architecture in collaboration with CD Group have designed an amenity center/clubhouse for a residential community located in Orlando Florida.  In close proximity to the tourist attractions, the clubhouse serves to provide a tranquil environment for rest, relaxation and recovery from the amusement parks.  Amenities include gaming and fitness rooms, grand lobby, indoor/outdoor bar, and cafe/vending areas.  The outdoor spaces contain a swimming pool with lazy river, outdoor showers, shaded pergolas, and extensive landscaping.
