Wicker Park Lutheran Church Master Plan

Maria led the Wicker Park Lutheran Church's Master Plan Task Force in a full analysis and design process.  The committee identified the main objectives: to improve accessibility for all, clarify entry and movement through the existing building, facilitate more effective use of the Lower Level for the many diverse Community and Church users, and upgrade systems for higher energy efficiency. 

The Master Plan is a road map the church will follow as they embark on a capital campaign and implement the upgrades in a multi-phase construction project.  In addition to clarifying goals and objectives, establishing space requirements, creating two different floor plan layout options and a code review, we identified scope of work for phasing and provided a preliminary cost estimate for planning purposes.
