altgeld gardens early childhood education center

To enhance the living conditions in the Chicago Housing Authority's far south side housing development, Altgeld Gardens, Holabird&Root worked closely with the CHA to Master Plan a new, central mixed-use area for resident services and programs.  The Early Childhood Education Center is one of the components of the first phase of the Town Center project.  It will house two social service agencies providing full day childcare, and Early intervention program for families, and a cultural education organization.
