Located in the heart of Lincoln Park in Chicago, this private residence was designed for the Owners to live and entertain.  The main living and dining includes a double-height kitchen space maximizing natural light to filter into the center of the home.  The layout of the bedrooms was completed to allow for the extended family to comfortably visit with their own bedroom suites.  The lower level includes a dedicated wine room containing 3000+ bottles, an acoustically-designed home-theater and full wet-bar.  On the upper level is the master suite, featuring the master bedroom, bathroom, walk-in's and separate home-office which has access to a private outdoor balcony space.  The roof is occupied by an Owner to grow their own vegetable and herb garden.
